    An investigation by Yale School of Medicine in the United States, coordinated by physician Gordon Shepherd, found that wine is once again among the top benefits for good mental health.

    The study says that anyone who knows how to enjoy good wine can be as beneficial to the mind as math exercises, sudoku or even music.

    Yawning or smelling wine “requires control of one of the major muscles of the body,” and this habit stimulates the work of odor and taste receptors.

    The expert reveals that “the taste is not in the wine; The taste is created by the wine taster’s brain.”
