The Festival of Portuguese Guitar all owes to the promoter, Master Edgar Nogueira, who for 20 years was part of the cast of the Café Luso fado house.
In this 3rd edition that will be held on August 14 and 15, in addition to Edgar Nogueira, will play the guitarists António Chainho and Ricardo Parreira.
